每當想食小籠包,我第一時間一定會去樂天皇朝。選擇多價錢亦合理。今次第一次去尖沙咀分店,環境好舒服。一坐低店員就會比熱茶同小食。每次黎到都必叫呢度既八色小籠包,真係又睇得又食得! 有原味、人參、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香同川味。每一個都皮薄多汁,味道有好明顯既分別而且係夾既! 個人最愛既係鵝肝,鵝肝既香味加埋充滿肉汁既豬肉真係好正。之後要左客醉雞,出乎意料地雞肉好厚,接近啖啖肉。而且雞肉浸到好入味,酒味濃但唔嗆口。加錢仲可以要雞脾,我諗雞脾肉會更嫩。然後要左一碟瑤柱賽螃蟹。好味既賽螃蟹蛋白一定要夠嫩夠滑,呢度就絕對做到。瑤柱份量都足,撈埋蛋黃加少少醋不得了~主食就要左個蟹粉炒飯。見唔見到炒飯上面個D滿滿既蟹粉!有蟹膏有蟹肉,重點係無蟹殼! 炒飯底本身都好香,加埋蟹粉更正。最後見呢排乾燥,叫左個清燉雞湯。湯夠味而清,唔會過咸亦唔會好多油,冬天飲一流。
