To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在銅鑼灣逛街,經過看到永年大大的招牌心想:原來在這裡也有開永年,而且同伴未食過永年,當然大大力推薦給他!平日晚餐時間,店門都已經有長長的人龍,可見佢人氣之高。永年的麵餸組合跟其他車仔麵舖都很相似,但永年最特別之處除了秘製香辣汁,它的招牌餸是其他地方食不到的味道,我最喜歡的、也是每次必點的豬腸,真的非常好味。今次我點了雞翼、流心蛋、紫菜、仲有我最愛的豬腸,配上幼麵細辣,足料抵食。豬腸大大舊、乾淨、又有口感;流心蛋也不錯,全蛋切開,熟度剛剛好。同伴點了大碗麵,只需$67就可以享受10種餸,適合大胃口人士。同伴看到其他枱的多士,十分吸引,於是也點了煉奶多士,果然食得很滿足。抹茶紅豆冰也很值得一試,紅豆超多的,抹茶味也很濃。
