To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某晚要去尖沙咀GU買Hello Kitty聯乘系列的產品,購物前去永年士多吃晚飯。窩夫與蝦子餅很久之前光顧過元朗的永年士多一次,身為深水埗文記忠實粉絲的蝦子餅覺得它不及文記,現在給尖沙咀分店一次機會。三餸一麵售37元,窩夫的三餸選了豬紅、牛筋和枝竹球。窩夫很久沒有吃過豬紅了,覺得永年的出品非常好吃,難怪是成為推介的經典配料之一。牛筋做得不錯,煮得夠入味,軟硬適中。窩夫一向愛吃腐竹類的食品,枝竹球也沒有叫人失望。蝦子餅選了魚蛋、魷魚和蘿蔔。魚蛋選用了陳皮魚蛋,口感較結實。蘿蔔是吃車仔麵不可缺的配料之一,清甜無渣,水準之作。蠔油生菜($18)像一個反轉了的碗,生菜很新鮮,菜味很濃。
