To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天老婆提到想吃車仔麵,我們便前往位於港鐵佐敦站B1出口的永年士多(香港逸東酒店)。這家餐廳於1960年在元朗創立,以獨特的招牌咖喱辣汁而聞名,成為香港的車仔麵老字號,吸引了不少粉絲。我們進入餐廳,環境簡單而舒適,令人感到親切。我點了牛筋蝦籽撈麵,微咖喱辣的口味恰到好處。麵條滑順,搭配上炸響鈴的香脆口感,令人垂涎欲滴。加上醬油流心蛋,蛋黃流出時的濃郁風味讓整碗撈麵更添風味,再加上牛丸的彈牙,讓人一口接一口,停不下來。飲品方面,我點選了抹茶紅豆冰,清爽的抹茶與紅豆的搭配,為我的用餐增添了甜蜜的結尾。老婆則選擇了豬手蝦籽撈麵,同樣是微咖喱辣,豬腸汁的濃郁味道讓她十分滿意。她還加了雞翼和牛筋,肉質鮮嫩,讓她的撈麵更加豐富多彩。飲品方面,她點了Sun檸樂,瓶裝的設計別具一番風味,清新的檸檬味與撈麵的辣味形成了完美的平衡。除了主菜,我們還點了辣魷魚串和蠔油菜心。魷魚串的辣味刺激了味蕾,而蠔油菜心則清新可口,為整餐增添了色彩。這次用餐的經歷不僅讓我們品嚐到了正宗的車仔麵,也讓我們的味蕾得到了滿足,是個愉快的午餐選擇。
