好耐冇上諾士佛臺開飯,今日就揀咗一間新開嘅日本餐廳晚飯,價錢喺諾士佛臺呢度黎講唔算貴,而且座位同通道夠闊,唔會好似其他餐廳咁,D 枱凳密麻麻,坐得夠舒服。人數唔多,坐低個 Menu比較特別係個濱燒......... 除此之外,仲點左我心目中重點既鰻魚蒲燒同雜錦串燒。原條鰻魚蒲燒,賣相幾靚仔夠大條,但唔算太厚身。燒得好惹味,不過啲肉就略嫌淋身咗少少,空口食有少少濃味,應該叫個白飯送下就好!雜錦串燒夠曬大堆頭,有十款串燒我都食唔曬咁多款!安格斯牛柳串燒夠牛氣,肉質有咬口又唔韌,兼且夠厚身!牛舌一樣夠厚身爽口,火候都燒得好好,不過有少少根,美中不足。日本番薯仔細細粒,賣相討好,個皮冇燒燶,燒到好香好甜,口感淋淋地、粉粉地,連皮食,正!邊黑豚肉荔枝卷,黑豚肉好香,不過個荔枝太過甜同多汁,搶咗個黑豚肉嘅味道。以上呢幾款都係我最欣賞既…除此以外,個雜錦串燒仲有豆腐、粟米、煙肉燒蠔、大蔥雞肉、車厘茄…………到個二人前濱燒,待應係我個桌旁放左張枱,放好個爐同架生預備…食物送到上黎,有鮑魚,北海道扇貝,日本號松葉蟹腳,大虎蝦四款,仲有個送既蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒!配埋三款鹽俾你伴食,有岩鹽、黑炭鹽、抹茶鹽!岩鹽

人數唔多,坐低個 Menu比較特別係個濱燒......... 除此之外,仲點左我心目中重點既鰻魚蒲燒同雜錦串燒。

原條鰻魚蒲燒,賣相幾靚仔夠大條,但唔算太厚身。燒得好惹味,不過啲肉就略嫌淋身咗少少,空口食有少少濃味,應該叫個白飯送下就好!

食物送到上黎,有鮑魚,北海道扇貝,日本號松葉蟹腳,大虎蝦四款,仲有個送既蟹肉蟹膏甲羅燒!配埋三款鹽俾你伴食,有岩鹽、黑炭鹽、抹茶鹽!岩鹽、抹茶鹽都食過,黑炭鹽就第一次,食唔出個所以,不過抹茶鹽就有淡淡抹茶香。

侍應好好服務,唔會貪快一口氣燒晒比你,逐樣黎……燒完一樣先一樣,如果唔係凍晒唔好食,扺讚。
先燒鮑魚,鮑魚好厚身,燒嘅時候個鮑魚郁郁下非常新鮮,入口彈牙唔韌,鮮味十足,正!

甲羅燒好夠蟹味,加上蟹膏坐鎮,配上多士食,有三高都唔理得咁多!


日本蠔 夠cream,燒完都無咩縮水,幾夠蠔味,唔錯。松葉蟹腳燒嘅時候已經好香蟹味,口水流曬出嚟,食落都幾有鮮味。大虎蝦好大隻,入口有少少乾身,但係就好爽口,兼且有膏,不過最好食唔係啲蝦肉,而係個蝦頭, 蝦膏夠甘香夠甜。

北海道扇貝都算大隻又夠鮮,不過佢用汁燒,個汁味都幾重,搶咗少少本身扇貝嘅鮮味。

七點半到嚟到,都冇乜人,以為可能係平日人少少。 點知一路食,一路有客入,到我哋臨走嘅時候都差唔多 full house。
整體感覺唔錯,服務好、食物新鮮、坐得舒服,唔會嘈,係燈光暗左少少。
