第三次食呢間新加坡餐廳 - 星怡,對上兩次試咗尖沙咀iSquare店,食物高水準而且完全冇令我失望,所以今次帶我媽試下黃大仙現崇山新開冇耐嘅分店呢度出名新加坡美食,所以就叫咗啲新加坡菜式俾我媽試🌟新加坡海南雞飯雞煮到啱啱好熟,所以非常嫩滑,本身嘅豉油都已經幾好味,點埋另上嘅黑醬油同辣醬,甜中帶辣,令味道更有層次油飯香而不油,仲食到一絲絲嘅薑絲雞湯鮮甜味濃,入面仲有啲好滑嘅豆腐粒🌟肉骨茶配飯有別於其他馬來西亞餐廳整嘅肉骨茶,呢度係整番新加坡嘅style,係好濃嘅胡椒白湯,入面有原粒蒜頭,而湯入面有好多件金沙骨,煲得好淋好入味,連軟骨位都可以一咬就碎,用啲肉點下蒜蓉辣椒豉油黎送飯一流另外,同新加坡啲餐廳一樣,跟餐有少量油條,我要大讚呢個油條,真係炸得好脆,完全估唔到咁好食,點一點個湯黎食都仲係好脆🌟南洋咖吔多士(榴槤)呢樣小食其實有蛋黃、榴槤、班蘭3隻味揀,但我揀咗特別少少嘅榴槤味,味道的確幾重榴槤味,而呢碟出色嘅地方係多士烤到外脆內軟,帶有微溫,而入面嘅牛油完全冇溶,所以食落嘅口感層次都好正🌟串燒(豬/牛/雞)試哂豬、牛、雞各一串,燒得唔乾,啲肉仲保持到幾嫩,而個沙爹醬都好惹味整體黎講,

有別於其他馬來西亞餐廳整嘅肉骨茶,呢度係整番新加坡嘅style,係好濃嘅胡椒白湯,入面有原粒蒜頭,而湯入面有好多件金沙骨,煲得好淋好入味,連軟骨位都可以一咬就碎,用啲肉點下蒜蓉辣椒豉油黎送飯一流

我覺得呢間分店嘅水準可以媲美尖沙咀店,空間又闊落啲,仲有室外座位可以睇波同掟飛鏢,同朋友食飯黎呢間都係唔錯嘅選擇
