To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 未能安排到海景景觀的座位, 在甚為陰暗下的燈光下進餐, 好聽的叫Chill, 難聽的就是我連菜式也看不清楚. 今次和友人點的是它的套餐, 沒有粵式菜式, 純粹是它的滬菜, 也沒有選擇困難症, 晚市價錢以米芝連一星來說還可以, 菜式水準方面則較上次吃的參差, 特別是大路菜式, 如燻蛋的煙燻味弱得可憐, 醉雞酒香味不足, 小籠包皮夠薄但肉汁不多, 比不少中下價的滬菜餐廳還要差.當然在整餐中也有些水準合格的菜式, 像是蟹黃在還未當做的時候依然保持其濃鮮香味, 椒鹽小黃魚的肉爽皮脆和惹味, 清炒河蝦仁的彈牙和鮮味, 稻草扎肉的肉質鬆軟和入味, 還有桂花酒糟丸子的酒香濃烈. 水準合格的菜式和不合格的菜式一半半, 當沒有美景伴襯的時候, 對菜式味道的敏感度自然高了不少, 更何況母公司是上海公司的時候, 對旗下餐廳的品質控制應該可以再嚴謹多一點.
