鋒記响東區都有D水準,我亦食過幾次,今晚試下佢地嘅泰國菜! 先叫咗個木瓜沙律 味道唔錯,木瓜絲亦爽口,醒吓胃嘅前菜 跟住要咗個炭燒豬頸肉,水準一般,急凍貨式肉質較硬,個汁就OK! 之後就係酸辣蒸烏頭泰式酸辣汁個味幾好,點落D魚度一齊食,正!為一就係倏鳥頭細咗D! 最後點咗個芭堤雅烤鷄,全晚我覺得最好味,鷄就唔大但「烤」得好香,最好係無用油炸,肉質唔太粗糙,食落啱啱好!食完飯仲同老板傾两句,佢地D泰國菜式,係請泰國人做,有返泰國嘅味道。不過上菜就慢D,仲有泰國菜式只係供應到11時,D師傅要收工!最後真係飽住個肚埋單,今餐都算係有水準嘅晚飯。

食~要做得好要用心做,人同材枓再加上細心先煮出好菜式,並唔係一咪要快上菜,大堆頭就好。慢慢品嚐就會食到厨師嘅味道!
