一間燈光比較通明的fine dining, 環境氛圍下有一定的風格，加上用餐時間比較趕促，會同其他fine dining餐廳比下去，勝在服務質素有一定水準來補返菜式的平穩。一般來到都會叫一兩杯酒去襯托返個氣氛，而且摸下酒杯去欣賞下食物同時又可以感受下fine dining 的過程前菜係幾吸引，個包尚算可以。三文魚前菜係比想像中好食，果份魚油係有所不同。兩碟意粉真係比較失色，一來主打係意大利菜，係咪應該要做得更出色呢牛都算正正常常，酒店風格呢個魚好用心煮，皮同邊都煎到好香甜品都算水準之作，tiramisu 提拉米蘇做得比較出色
