To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天過海聽音樂會,便想不如順度去康怡逛逛Aeon及覓食。找到這間金公館,剛好有一陣子沒吃過中菜,便決定選這間。等位期間還可以看到師傅在弄片皮鴨,很吸引呢。這裡環境不錯,座位算是寬闊舒適。餐具也很有質感。椒鹽豆腐粒 $52夠香口的小吃,外層鬆脆内裡軟滑,加上不多不少的椒鹽,惹味而不過鹹,一口一粒叫人欲罷不能。雞絲粉皮 $62很香麻醬味,味道不錯但略嫌醬汁太稠。紅油龍抄手 $48聞到香吃到辣,而且有啖啖蒜味醋香,雲吞皮夠薄,餡料也飽滿,有點不夠喉。四川擔擔麵 $42比起平常麻香較重的擔擔麵,這碗明顯更著重辣這方面,湯的味香辣而不嗆喉。麵的份量不算少,而且口感順滑有彈性,掛湯度很好。靈芝菇炒萵筍絲 $78來一碟清清的萵筍絲,口感爽脆夠fresh,沒太多調味感覺更健康,配搭靈芝菇也很不錯呢。鳳梨咕嚕肉 $88肉的份量不少,咬下去脆脆的又不會覺得只吃要脆漿,而且內裡的肉肥瘦適中又夠軟稔。除了肉外,配菜還有鮮菠蘿、洋蔥、三色椒、酸蕎頭和提子乾,味道帶鮮甜加酸味,吃多件也不會覺得膩。荔枝桂花糕 $33真的好一陣沒吃到覺得不錯的桂花糕,這個的凝固度剛好,不會太實又不會太軟散,入口啖啖桂花香夾著荔枝的甜

真的好一陣沒吃到覺得不錯的桂花糕,這個的凝固度剛好,不會太實又不會太軟散,入口啖啖桂花香夾著荔枝的甜,而甜度亦適中。





水準不錯,價錢也合理,再過去那邊時可以再去。
