To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初二見無人排隊，諗住又就腳，幫襯下酒樓。點知，都算半中伏，你話好差又不算，但一定不是好。所以見無人排隊，樓下嗰間要等等位，都是中伏既先兆。限時1小時40分，感覺已麻麻。食物款色少，連基本叉燒蘇之類都無。雞扎無芋頭，仲要用蟹柳，仲要連蟹柳面頭塊紙都未meet ，見不是衛生問題，加上新年流流，所以都不想反映。未食完就埋定單，埋單又一早吹人，仲要想人用cash 話快d ，但我都未食完，所以等下又有乜所謂。呢間可一不可在。試第二間好過。
