近年香港開左好多韓國餐廳,以韓式燒肉,喜來稀肉是韓國人主理,特別正宗,而且係大學時間的回憶。今晚相約朋友聚會,一坐低就有3 碟前菜,醃青洋蔥,生菜辣汁沙律,當然不少得泡菜。 三款泡菜都可以添加,就係喜來稀肉特色。食物方面,3 位女生比較細食。護心豬肉 $ 158 望落細碟,其實份量很足夠,有150 g ,肉質彈牙有肉香,完全無筋。另牛肉眼$158 , 一整塊牛扒上,200g , 一燒香,再切件,半生熟,用生菜泡菜包住很好食。天氣好熱,食水冷麵$85 即時降溫,酸酸咸咸,好涼快。泡菜湯 $80 入面非常多材料,難怪咁清甜。
