同朋友慶生,選了這間觀塘工廠區西餐廳。一入門見到好大盞月亮燈,好有氣氛,餐廳環境報置舒適。點了2份 Set Dinner店員先上紫蘇梅梳打,開胃一下~明太子大蝦香蔥吞拿魚茸他他伴脆米通大大隻蝦配上明太子醬+吞拿魚茸,明太子美乃滋醬好好食,同米通味道好夾。磯煮鮑魚配醬油漬三文魚籽,鮑魚煮得好淋好入味,完全唔難咬開,上枱時已切開好貼心。干邑龍蝦湯,店員好似表演一樣,喺我哋面前倒湯入碗,幾有儀式感,龍蝦湯夠濃滑。之後上refresh tea, 清清地幾有茶味。黑毛豬鞍伴焦糖波蘿,豬鞍夠厚身,點了10成熟但依然十分 嫩滑有油香。配菜野菌西蘭花苗非常入味好食。焦糖波蘿酸中帶甜,有解膩的效果。A4和牛西冷伴牛臉頰,和牛西冷煎得好香,入口即溶。牛臉頰煮得好淋,口感好似牛舌,很不錯。話明慶生,蛋糕梗係要特色,我地加$38 upgrade選了Tiramisu & Hojicha cheesecake。 Tiramisu超濃咖啡味,口感偏濕潤。 Hojicha cheesecake 濃濃茶味配cheese cake ,令人食唔停口。最後點了一杯特色咖啡Oricano (橙汁咖啡)同一杯Uji matcha
