To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小美人朋友報料, 銅鑼灣有個小天地, 是新開的嘆啡好架步。 看過食評, 只被其千字啡評吸引著。 再觀其相(也順道跟開版相比較一下), 內心不禁狐疑: 乜翠華對面有家咁開揚的啡竇? 是夜偕友人信步走到銅鑼灣街頭, 感受一下那份鬧市中的閑適。原來所謂"開揚", 是攝影效果帶來的美麗誤會... 內裡只有兩張兩座餐椅及一張野餐桌。 環境是十分迫狹的 ~ 看著那張4R相般大的"啡牌", 有一半是外星文字... 什麼CAFFE 打什麼CAFFE... 我唔識佢時佢都唔識我! 把享受升呢至最極緻, 唯有打開 貴網的千字啡評以助參考。大熱天時, 朋友選了冰涼透心的ICED CAFFE VIENNA。 參考了啡評後, 我選了我懂得的FLAT WHITE。 問過在場的同事先生, 他解釋FLAT WHITE是最少FOAM的。 食評都說咖啡有很可愛的拉花, 我向來對拉花沒啥太大感覺, 可是我的FLAT WHITE上的是抽象畫嗎?! 沒有拉花不會減分, 可是醜樣的拉花........ 係個大污點啊~~~ 相對地, 朋友的凍飲賣相正常多了! 那層澎湃厚挺的CREAM像雪山, 令人垂涎三尺~先呷一口FLAT WH

先呷一口FLAT WHITE, 咦~ 幾唔錯喎! 奶泡是實淨得來滑溜的, 也有奶脂的香濃, 啡味是淡淡幽香型, 沒有過度烘焙的濃, 跟奶脂味幾夾得來! 要大杯是不會後悔的~ CAFFE VIENNA我只試了幾口WHIPPED CREAM, 是明顯的自家制貨色! 忌廉味很濃, TEXTURE有點過份實淨, 也欠缺了WHIPPED CREAM應有的點點甜... 可是誠意搭夠! 朋友的COMMENT是"幾好飲"。

貪吃的我們也要了黑糖香蕉蛋糕配有機蜜糖, 再發現, 原來這家啡竇的甜食是少得可憐! 香蕉蛋糕是小小的一片, 烘得脆脆的, 以及十字的坑紋, 很是吸引。 吃到有香蕉
肉及黑糖, 味道很REAL很充實。 可是, 同意唔好食之見解, 配上有機蜜糖就畫蛇添足了

個人認為, 這件香蕉蛋糕水準是很高的!

坐下坐下又到午夜, 結帳發現原來只是$40/HEAD! 真係抵爆!

4R相的啡牌, 選擇都算多!
