之前朋友介紹開,決定今晚一家四口嚟到位於觀塘工業大廈嘅榮哥廚房私房菜食晚飯!我哋揀咗呢個四人餐,好似好豐富呢!先來個前菜,左邊係涼拌黑木耳,右邊係陳醋麻花青瓜,用黎醒口開胃一流!沙律菜係自家種嘅水耕有機生菜!糖心蛋配厚切茄子,值得一讚嘅係佢個黑魚子醬用黎點個炸茄子食,非常惹味!阿媽讚口不絕燉湯分別係海底椰鱷魚肉湯及哈密瓜螺頭湯,兩款都極之鮮甜!呢味菜叫蝦水芙蓉,底下係超級嫩滑既蒸蛋,蝦肉非常爽口彈牙,好好食海斑兩色分別係炒班球及炆頭腩,炒班球魚肉爽口彈牙,炆頭腩皮脆肉亂滑,兩款都係超水準之作士多啤梨排骨,甜甜嘅士多啤梨醬可以解膩,排骨腌製得非常入味,又淋又滑!魚湯浸溫室菜苗,魚湯鮮甜,配上菜苗一起吃非常之夾!最後嚟到炒飯部份,炒飯有大量嘅帶子、瓜粒及黑蒜等,用料一啲都不吝嗇甜品竟然係我至愛嘅薑汁黑芝麻湯圓,每人三粒真係剛剛好!
