To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽朋友講幾好食,又好耐冇食過上海菜所以就去左。餐廳環境唔錯的,服務就冇乜特別但係食物水準真係係喺嗰個價錢同埋地段之下...我覺得比一般嘅上海餐廳仲差d..我係去咗食lunch,開餐牌發現除咗啲傳統上海嘢仲有啲新派上海菜同港式粵式點心等上嘅第一道菜係碗擔擔麵,佢一上嚟已經知道賴嘢..湯同面完全分開,睇相就知咩事。明顯係煮完啲面之後再淋返啲花生醬落去,搞到啲花生醬同啲湯麵完全好似分開食咁。老實講擔擔麵已經係好基本嘅菜亦都非常容易整得好食,呢個我真係唔能夠接受...另外一個蟹蓋又係唔知做乜鬼...你當佢係迷你版嘅賽螃蟹啦,味道都九成似㗎啦。跟住其他嗰啲我都唔想多講總之就係普普通通...去返普通上海餐廳食會開心啲,起碼你個預期會合理啲。
