我哋嘅一周年紀念,佢一早答應同我去食日本野慶祝,估唔到佢揀咗我最鍾意嘅餐廳之一: 上岸料理!雖然驚喜欠奉,但係佢知道我每次食完上岸都對佢念念不忘,所以直接將驚喜化成實際喜悅,我當然照單全收,興致勃勃!上岸既刺身係我Favour,新鮮、精緻、魚種特別係我對佢既評價。今天我選擇左以下心水刺身。海膽 HK 200鮮橙色海膽係顏色上睇已經見到新鮮既滋味。入口即溶,甘甜無比,好正!帶子 HK 90 紫菜包住帶子,兩種味平衡共存又唔會互相搶到對方即特色。呢個帶子非常鮮甜,有驚喜!食一個真係唔夠喉。深海池魚 HK 120/2件彈牙、厚切,魚味鮮,果然係深海池魚嘅魅力!螢光魷魚(熟) HK 78螢光魷魚一般都係醬汁調左味,大廚特登將魷魚煮熟,再加上啫喱醋,熟左既螢光魷魚鮮味依然突出,冇咗醬油,反而仲能夠食到 魷魚本身嘅鮮味同特性。推薦!吉列炸蠔 HK 85 / 4 隻呢個吉列蠔外皮爽脆,一啲都唔油,食落卜卜聲,好正!推薦大家點呢個吉列汁,絶配!呢隻蠔炸完已經收乾晒水,蠔味並唔係太強烈。燒銀雪魚 HK 150塗左調味再燒既銀鱈魚,外表皮脆、內裏肉嫩,雪白嘅銀雪魚係人人都會鍾意嘅口味。壽司揀咗海膽牛油果卷

牛油果裏面仲用紫菜包住,口感豐富。

清清地嘅食材,反而食得出最原始嘅風味。

甜品要左番薯雪糕,食到紫薯香,甜蜜蜜。

呢度服務非常之好,差唔多每道菜式之間,都會替我哋添熱茶同換碟,好貼心。
