第二次去Sueno,今次試另外兩款食西班牙🇪🇸Tapas ;「Camembert Cheese 」&「Scallop tartare」用煎的方式製作,包裹芝士的外皮似是春卷皮,煎得乾脆內層芝士軟腍滑溜,有芝香。好味道!另一tapas係扇貝他他,一D腥味都唔會有,質地好腍滑,味道調得剛剛好。用芝麻紫菜脆脆伴吃,口感一流,送酒食就最啱!「USA 1855 Ribeye Steak 」(12oz)叫咗個5成熟「美國極品安格斯肉眼牛扒」表面煎得好香,肉質好鮮嫰,牛味濃又香配埋個好好味嘅特製的紅酒汁。整體味道令人回味無窮!
