📍 GYOJASANG 교자상 ｛銅鑼灣｝@gyojasang喺銅鑼灣食街入邊，竟然有一間由韓國當地大廚主理研發菜式，連食材都好講究，用上濟州新鮮食材，每日新鮮直送，所以就算連食生牛肉都唔使驚會食到肚痛！而且店內嘅環境好優雅，有户外同室內，室內有一個位置，感覺可以好寧靜望到出邊嘅環境，好舒適，外面嘅環境就可以享受自然風，同朋友傾偈，飲杯酒，坐外邊就比較輕鬆🫶🏻✨ 韓式生牛肉配黑松露軟嫩嘅牛肉加上蛋黃同醬汁，味道同口感都十分豐富，與香脆的紫菜一起吃，口感一流，十分開胃🤤但生牛肉的量太多，紫菜份量就較少！✨ 水芹菜煎餅煎得好香脆，而且灑滿海鮮！水芹菜平衡掉煎餅到油脂吃起來無敵爽口！✨ 45天熟成肉眼薄切肉眼扒，用45日熟成嘅牛肉眼煎成，肉質軟腍，肉味香濃，呈現粉色，炭燒肉眼扒好有水準👍兩杯好適合打卡嘅Cocktail，粉紅色嘅嗰一杯有啲似奶昔，連我都飲得到，好易入口🩷✨ PEACH WONDER✨ MAGIC TIME
