To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年團拜都一定book潮江春,除位置便利外,亦因為過年期間,一班人去食嘢,易搵位同啱大衆口味,呢間位於銅鑼灣當眼位,出咗地鐵過兩條馬路就見到,算易揾到~~環境不算大,裝修得宜,有多個廳房設計,變相整個格局就坐得侷促D主線潮州餸菜,每年都食到一種懷舊款式,而湯同係我地特別order,乳豬就係自己喺外面訂返嚟加料,非酒樓菜款呢個係我地自己訂的,再叫酒樓換款,本身菜式款係朝州拼盤,係特色之一,但在特別要求下,都可以配合客人要求呢個叫五香卷伴豬肉凍,第一次食,個卷似春卷加芋頭,個豬肉凍帶甜且用嘅豬係豬手,幾得意嘅配搭發財大好市,金蠔丶發菜加翡翠苗,咸度適中,金蠔又大隻又爽身,不太重蠔味,翡翠苗煮得好爽口同唔會有青草味鳳梨醬燒明蝦球,水準之作,D蝦又爽又大粒,個皮炸得又脆,配上個汁,好甜酸爽脆蟲草花螺頭雞湯,特別叫佢落老雞同自選湯料,少鹽少油,足料到爆清蒸大沙巴班,火候啱啱好,條魚好滑好魚人仕不能走寶當紅炸子雞,今次隻雞失準,斬得太大舊又煮得比較老雲腿津菜膽,火腿用蜜汁餚過,甜中帶咸,個津菜又淋,索晒D汁,精華所在潮州糖醋煎麵丶橄欖肉碎炒飯丶鴛鴦水晶包同埋紅豆沙芝麻湯圓,都有潮州菜元素,總括嚟講
