To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入元朗一定要食,或者吸引我入元朗食既,暫時我係諗到呢間啫。真係每2次入元朗一定要食返次,而且必叫豬手拌面。。。# 豬手乾拌面 # **************** (我想加無數既星星係度)成碗面精髓係面既汁,真係唔知佢點溝出黎,味道適中,唔太油,面掛到汁而無粉漿,有啲好似麻油但又唔係麻油既味,係你食一次隔一排又會諗起佢一定要食多次果隻味。豬手好大舊,有3大大大舊,好香,軟綿綿既豬手,仲有啲有咬口既豬腳筋。。。。omg粗身面質地好煙un,好有口感。。。加埋啲汁同青瓜絲,清新但又香濃。元朗必食既推介! 唔知會唔會個個都好鍾意,但我極鍾意呢間。不過記得上一次食有失手過。但食5次起碼4次都覺得好正。之前裝修,等左好耐先有得再幫襯。。。

成碗面精髓係面既汁,真係唔知佢點溝出黎,味道適中,唔太油,面掛到汁而無粉漿,有啲好似麻油但又唔係麻油既味,係你食一次隔一排又會諗起佢一定要食多次果隻味。

豬手好大舊,有3大大大舊,好香,軟綿綿既豬手,仲有啲有咬口既豬腳筋。。。。omg

粗身面質地好煙un,好有口感。。。加埋啲汁同青瓜絲,清新但又香濃。

元朗必食既推介! 唔知會唔會個個都好鍾意,但我極鍾意呢間。不過記得上一次食有失手過。但食5次起碼4次都覺得好正。之前裝修,等左好耐先有得再幫襯。。。
