To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節,和家人來吃晚餐。提前電話預訂,晚上7點半,不用分2輪。準時到達,本來想點的4人餐已經沽清,失望!單點以下的:#燉湯,羅漢果燉瘦肉,量足!每人有2.5碗,羅漢果的回甘,我喜歡!#清蒸沙巴龍躉,魚肉很嫩,好吃!#一品燒雞半隻,肉質juicy,不用沾醬,已經很夠味!#彩椒水蜜桃咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉香脆,配甜甜酸酸的汁,適合伴飯。#腰果西芹油泡蝦,蝦肉富彈性,西芹爽脆,都好吃!#帶子海皇什菜煲,量很足!吃不完!服務很好!會再來的店!
