To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為了讓母親能夠度過美好的母親節,於是我就負責帶隊去試菜,今次我們試菜的目的地是位於鰂魚涌的富嘉閣.富嘉閣是一間主打高中檔的粵菜酒家,酒樓內裡的環境舒適整潔,讓食客可以在舒服的環境下品嚐粵菜.能夠在這樣舒適的環境下去品嚐粵菜,實在是一件很幸福的事情.這個叉燒腸粉即叫即造,所以我吃的時候就已經熱騰騰,腸粉皮不但皮薄,而且叉燒餡料十足.味道的確不錯,Yummy!芋絲春卷也是即叫叫炸,春卷外皮不但不油膩,而且炸得非常爽脆.春卷內充滿著芋絲,所以有很強烈的芋頭味道.這個炸芋角的芋泥蓉,混合了炒熟後的豬瘦肉,蝦肉,冬菇粒,所以外皮酥脆,內層滑軟,餡有微汁,香濃鮮美. 我覺得這個炸芋角味道不錯,值得一試.鮮竹卷的腐皮包著了豬肉,冬菇,竹筍和生菜,用上湯去浸鮮竹卷,鮮竹卷的清湯真的很鮮甜,味道也不錯.外表好像一籠菜肉包,其實這個是富嘉閣的成名作黑芝麻流沙包.這個黑芝麻蓉不但做到流沙效果,而且黑芝麻味道香濃.廚師把黑芝麻炒得夠透,黑芝麻炒到表面出油,所以黑芝麻蓉特別有油香既味道.

Other Info. : 富嘉閣的點心非常有質素,個個點心都咁好味,特別是黑芝麻流沙包,黑芝麻香味的確讓我印象難忘.
