家人對食物質素一向有點要求,好彩之前去過品御軒食物質素有番咁上下。
叫鹽燒飽魚,廚師煮得剛剛好,口感一流。還有羔蟹荷葉蒸飯,10分新鮮,加上冬菜配合,估不到提升蟹的味道。家人讚不絕口!
最後留左半打壽包給家人,蛋黃十分香濃。應該是自家製的,出面未必食到。
順帶一提,酒樓經理10分細心,見到我們帶了枝sake ,他專登拿了一set sake 杯給我們。sake 配有質素的中菜真係天衣無縫!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
