由我中學到現在都會踏足銅鑼灣,到現在工作也不例外。銅鑼灣食物的種類繁多,不過茶記也是我常到的地方。「東湖小廚聯威」大多以扒類最為之熟悉,全因經濟又美味。其次是小菜、常餐、湯麵等,應有盡有。此茶記的格局可以算是舒適,有卡位或圓桌之分,完全適合三五知己或是一家大細齊來。場內更加設了電視等,食客食得開心又滿足。餐牌上有二人餐的關係,有兩款小菜、兩個白飯、炒菜及湯等。其中我最愛的生炒排骨,香脆可口及酸甜交替分出美味,而且份量也頗多不俗,完全可以吃多一碗飯。香炸黃金蝦炸至金黃色脆,外層香口粉漿不會太多。重點:份量頗多並帶有咸香不錯。另外更單點了西檸雞塊,酸酸甜甜並帶有口感,即叫即整的關係,所有東西也是美味。最後點了紅荳冰及鹹檸蜜作結,完全棒腹飽肚似的。
