每次經過利東街呢間主打丼飯的日式料理店,門前人龍不絕,今日避開繁忙時間早點前來, 幸運地不用排隊,立即有位。餐牌非常簡單,只有三款丼可選,其他可追加配料,飲品。豐盛華麗之江戶前之丼穴子,天柱魷魚天婦羅餅,海老,莢豌豆,海苔,溫泉蛋賣相真是豐盛,材料真是華麗。即叫即做,建議黃金時間內吃會感到酥脆感。飄來胡麻香氣,入口即化,還有絲絲絲柚子,增添味蕾的觸覺。穴子是鰻魚一種,由於脂肪比例較少,吃起來少了一份肥膩感。粒粒魷魚打造成天婦羅餅非常創新。原汁原味食到一半,可戮破炸溫泉蛋,蛋漿流出,滲透入每一粒米飯,混入自家秘製江戶前醬汁,那種濕潤感,簡直齒頰留香。
