今年有口福，可以盡試幾間酒店的糕點，雖然名堂一樣，但卻又有著不同的演繹。帝苑軒今年除了大路的蘿蔔糕及年糕外，更有以造型取勝的賀年蛋糕及特色糕點，用作送禮是最好不過。而蘿蔔糕是囝囝摰愛糕點，家中超過一半都給他消化了，帝苑酒店的出品，當然不會錯過。包裝以吸塑處理，乾淨衛生，翻過來看看糕底，雪白滑溜，有少許啫喱的感覺，不會令人覺得太多粉，用刀輕輕一切，很得心應手，沒有散開脫落的情況出現。用平底鑊煎香兩邊，賣相工整，亦看得出有絲絲蘿蔔，吃來有著淡淡的蘿蔔味，而且不太膩，沖壺普洱，呷著吃著，一底蘿蔔糕半天便沒了，真快！
