To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都有幫襯開呢間「北京樓」,有時都會漏單,漏一、兩樣咁,今日第一次體驗「全單漏單」,完全被激發要出第一篇負評。12:01手機落單,等到12:26一碟點心都未到,我哋只能食枱上一小碟價值不便宜$28的前菜,問侍應話已經等到差不多「半個鐘」,她的回覆係「我哋既點心係即叫即蒸」,然後絕塵而去。咁樣即係點呢?我哋仲要等幾耐?等半個鐘原來係「標準時間」?好明顯佢無幫我地跟,跟著要不停問好幾個侍應,起初「有禮貌」咁追,佢哋只會hea下你,直至要有開始用「投訴」既tone, 先有一個侍應「肯幫手」追,四樣點心終於嚟咗2樣。到食完2碟點心,12:46又要再追其餘2碟,跟著都只係嚟多一碟(蘿蔔糕係凍的,原來這是即叫即做的標準),又要再等,差唔多等到1點,隔離枱剛坐低點左唔夠5分鐘已經嚟咗我哋等左一個鐘既「煎釀三寶」,真係令人無名火起,同侍應講,佢終於意識到我哋「真係等左好耐」,先入廚房拎碟微暖既「煎釀三寶」出嚟。呢間北京樓「漏單」同唔夠伙記既情況已經好耐,由用點心紙到依家用手機落單,情況都係無改善過,究竟個管理點解可以咁差?其他北京樓分店、同集團嘅酒樓如八月花、圍方既美中鴨子同潮庭都無呢個問題。成日話

成日話港人北上影響香港飲食業,睇嚟因為位於新城市廣場、人流旺嘅關係,呢間北京樓既分店的確能夠「獨善其身」,存在於另一個平衡時空,可以繼續以咁既「依然故我」服務態度營業,實在令人嘖嘖稱奇。
