To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣凍冰冰就想食番碗熱辣辣嘅湯麵,第一時間就想食拉麵。之前成日經過都好多人排隊,所以都冇機會試下,今日終於有得食🤩今日試咗佢地其中一款招牌魚介湯底拉麵,一個字: 正!佢果種魚湯味濃厚得嚟絕對唔會覺得腥,係feel到個湯底係超足料咁熬煮而成。另外叉燒佢有得揀偏瘦定肥,我揀咗肥,偏肥嘅叉燒都有用火烤香去再上碟(因為男朋友叫咗瘦肉,佢嗰個就冇燒),所以我就比較上鍾意肥叉,成個香味出咗嚟,好味道!滿足感爆燈💡
