在疫情影響之下,好耐都冇出過街食飯了。難得同朋友出街食飯,就諗住食得豪氣啲。今次揀咗呢間係銅鑼灣嘅樓上鋪,好近地鐵站,交通好方便。首先叫咗個季節活魚刺身,餐廳揀咗深海池魚比我地。薄薄地一片嘅池魚刺身好新鮮,魚片色澤透明,一入口係清甜嘅感覺,之後魚味先喺口腔慢慢爆發。點柚子汁食特登叫燒海鮮,店員會幫我地燒,中途可以食住其他嘢先,一啲都唔覺等咗好耐。燒松葉蟹腳雖然食得嘅肉唔係好多,但都好鮮味。燒帆立貝餐廳用咗兩款燒嘅方法,一款係用清酒燒,另一款用牛油燒。個人好鍾意用牛油燒嗰款,因為食落好香,有少少似食緊法式焗田螺嘅味。而且燒嘅時間啱啱好唔會太乾。香蒜厚切牛舌好高質!牛味香濃,每舊嘅外層都煎到好香脆,但入面仲鎖到肉汁。最後要咗個番薯雪糕,平時食開嘅可能都係水果類,今次試呢個番薯又OK喎,好有特色,好creamy.
