好掛住日本正宗嘅壽喜燒,嚟到灣仔嘅Sukiyakiya俾返日本嘅感覺我😋⁣餐廳主打關西風壽喜燒,每個套餐都包括有前菜、和牛、白飯、野菜、烏冬同甜品,食完非常滿足🧡⁣⁣• 特上すき焼コース $729⁣• 日本產 黑毛和牛 赤身肉 $579⁣由前菜起已經相當豐富,赤身肉course一共有四款前菜,順次序食起分別係靜岡縣溫室蕃茄、北海道帶子刺身、A5和牛他他同檸檬漬海蜇,至於特上course就會多咗火炙A5和牛、三文魚籽配日本醋飯兩款前菜。⁣⁣前菜開一開胃後就到主角嘅壽喜燒和牛上場,打完卡就交俾店員為我哋烹調。特上course所選用嘅係鹿兒島野崎牛西冷,由於脂肪比例較多,因此會建議煮至全熟,將油脂迫出嚟,即使偏熟仍無礙和牛嘅口感,入口軟嫩又充滿油香,沾上蛋汁食更滑溜。不過小編反而更鐘意A3嘅赤身肉,脂肪相對A5和牛少一啲,肉味更濃,而燒至五成熟亦都會比較有肉感🥰⁣⁣食完和牛之後會加入鰹魚湯嚟煮蔬菜同烏冬,吸盡湯底嘅精華,好味又飽肚🤰🏻⁣⁣甜品方面有和菓子、抹茶蕨餅同十勝紅豆蓉,特別配上一杯白川茶中和甜膩感💕⁣
