正宗重慶小麵。本不吃辣的辣雞怕沒有味道要了bb辣，其實清湯已經足夠鮮美，用豬骨湯熬製。肉醬鋪了表面滿滿一層，赛過老北京炸醬面，而且不会太咸。大腸鮮美，沒有一點腥味。炸黃豆粒粒金黃，嘎嘣脆。油淋油麥菜新鮮。
