臨近冬至,老公訂咗尖沙咀喜記蟹將軍一家人食飯,餐廳於上世紀六十年代創立,國內和香港都設有多間分店,其中的招牌名菜『避風塘炒辣蟹』,更是不容錯過。餐廳裝修雅致時尚,座位寬敞舒適。手拍青瓜拼陳醋木耳,兩樣都係爽口前菜,酸酸辣辣好醒胃。螺頭燉雞腳湯:熱騰騰原盅上枱,一打開蓋即時香氣四溢,湯汁鮮甜好足料。椒鹽鮮魷拼九肚魚:魷魚炸至金黃色,肉質彈牙結實。九肚魚表皮酥脆可口,魚肉乾身,嫩滑中帶口感。喜記正宗炒辣蟹:用新鮮肉蟹配合大量的蒜酥一起炒,蟹肉炒至入哂味,穫氣十足,味道香辣鮮甜好惹味。正宗避風塘炒辣蟹!鮮茄濃湯浸時蔬:湯底鮮甜,加上鮮甜嘅蕃茄、爽口嘅菇菌和林甜嘅蔬菜,又好味又健康!紅燒乳鴿兩隻:乳鴿油溫炸得剛好,鴿皮吃時十分香脆, 入口肉很嫩滑,點些椒鹽伴食更惹味。招牌蟹油炒麵:麵條炒得乾身,帶上鮮味的蟹油香,令人越吃越滋味。最後還有番薯糖水,清潤香甜。
