繼續留港消費,琴日去咗旺角食韓國料理,今日就同朋友嚟灣仔駱克道呢間「軒尼詩冰廳 越廚」品嚐新近推出嘅越南菜。 餐廳佈置簡約,店內環境光猛,裝修新淨,設有大量卡位同梳化座,座位闊落鬆動,坐得十分舒服。先嚟兩款越式小食,大蝦米紙卷 ($58) 同 薄切鹽燒牛肉。米紙卷一客 8 件,分量十足,外皮煙韌,內餡飽滿,有紅蘿蔔、檬粉、青瓜絲同大蝦,配自調魚露汁,非常醒胃。牛肉薄切,肉質柔軟,滑嫩多汁,甘香又有牛味,入口啖啖肉,食得好滋味。招牌火車頭 ($98)  湯底味道好香濃,鮮甜又不油膩。河粉白滑,配料有牛腩、生牛肉、牛丸同牛展。牛腩軟腍有肉味、牛肉鮮嫩不韌,而牛丸亦彈牙有咬口,貨真價實。馬拉盞炒通菜 ($72)  通菜炒得鑊氣十足,碧綠又唔會過老,帶濃郁辣椒蒜蓉香,惹味非常。最後點咗甜品同飲品,椰汁西米糕 ($32) 質感軟綿 ,椰香味好重,配上粟米粒,香甜又不膩口。咖啡紅豆冰亦唔失禮,紅豆大大粒,軟腍有咬口,加上滿滿港式咖啡香,令人回味無窮。
