雪花韓式牛肋骨
非常新鮮,而且雪花嘅部份色澤鮮明,未燒嘅時候已經感覺到好味。咬落去完全鎖住肉汁,又唔會有太肥膩嘅感覺。

和牛三筋肉
呢一款比較彈牙,都係香氣十足,我自己仲加咗少少柚子汁調味,係另一種食和牛嘅享受!

牛舌
我第一次食到咁晶凝通透嘅牛舌,冇錯呀係牛舌!而且係入口即溶,基本上完全可以用舌尖感受成個狀態,真係冇誇張!咀嚼嘅部份變得好少,呢一款係我最鍾意嘅,真係第一次食熟食都有甜品嘅感覺,融入心。

傳統醬油五花肉
薄切五花肉真係好考師傅刀工,呢一款燒嘅時刻唔可以太長,而且上碟後大約30秒就要食,先可以食出最美味嘅狀態。五花肉同埋脂肪嘅部份都幾均勻,都係唔會太肥膩,雖然佢係薄切,但係每一片嘅尺寸好大,非常豐富。

雞爽肉 
餐廳將雞爽肉切成一條一條嘅形狀,燒嘅時候可以更加快熟,而且肉質會保持住鮮嫩。食落口嫩滑,最重要係唔會太乾身。

韓國辣八爪魚
佢係原隻醃好咗嘅八爪魚,職員會係你面前幫手燒同埋剪開,我真係第一次見原隻八爪魚上枱咋!呢個味道比較濃郁,比較適合重口味嘅朋友。但係食唔到辣嘅朋友都可以試吓,辣味嘅部份算係多層次,而且八爪魚真係好有彈性,咬落口都「索索」聲。
