To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直都好鐘意食中菜,佢既複雜性同口味變化係西餐比媲唔到。呢到地方同裝潢都好好,好有宮廷feel同中國風。青城山杏汁白肺湯湯好濃,而且入面都好足料,大大塊豬肺,感覺會好補,而且杏汁味好香,令人一飲再飲,最尾我友人嗰碗都比我飲埋😂酸菜桂魚片呢盤比想像中份量多好多,而且仲勁多桂魚片,絕對無偷工減料,4個人食絕對夠飽,而且魚肉幾鮮同嫩,不過好似女士特別喜愛呢道菜。到重頭戲就係呢個北京填鴨以前都食過幾次,每次都覺得好有趣首先要夾塊填鴨係摩摩皮上然後夾上自己喜歡既配料同醬汁上去,我覺得青瓜同酸梅醬係最夾,而且會好fresh,令到成個味唔會太油膩,唔錯唔錯大功告成!已經好耐無食過正宗北京中菜,好難忘,值得encore 🤤
