位於鰂魚涌英皇道951號地下的凱富菜館,主打潮州菜。菜館提供頗多款式的潮州菜,而且菜式的份量也頗為大份。潮州菜館當然有滷水菜式,菜單還會有彩色的圖片。店員先送上一小碟潮州鹹酸菜,味道酸酸甜甜的,頗為開胃。滷水豆腐熱騰騰地來到,滷水味道鹹香,配上比想像中更香滑的豆腐,味道相當不錯。滷水豆腐約有十五大條,相當飽肚,而且一份只需要四十元。韭菜豬紅上桌了,豬紅盛得滿滿的,就好像一座小山。豬紅的熟度剛剛好,口感嫩滑,醬汁微鹹,能嗅到頗濃的胡椒味。豬紅下還有吸滿醬汁的韭菜。蠔仔方魚肉碎粥 來到了,滿滿的一整窩,足夠三至四個人享用。蠔的份量頗多,而且頗為鮮味。另外還有冬菇片、肉碎、芫茜等配料,整體味道豐富。。潮州粥的特點就是粥和水較為分離,別有一番風味。
