今日去到太子搵食,搵到呢間潮州菜。汕頭棵汁   第,一次食潮州菜,所以聽到呢個汕頭棵汁 既時候,覺得個名好得意。聽老闆講,原來潮州人有時早餐都會食呢個。口感有D似粥,入面放左D唔同既滷味,有D咸咸地幾好味。潮洲蠔烙外形有D似我地平時食既蠔餅,呢個蠔烙用鴨蛋去煎,入面仲有好多蠔,而且D蠔仲保留到D鮮味。唔會太多粉,煎得又脆又香口。清水鴨用鹵水煮成既鴨,D汁入哂鴨肉入面,舊舊都好入味,而且份量都唔少,用黎送飯一流。
