晚上跟朋友來到銅鑼灣的正潮樓吃晚餐。😆餐廳長這樣。 menu的照片很美 ☺前菜脆皮酸甜蠔蠔肉鮮嫩,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,咬下去時發出清脆的聲音。酸甜的醬汁恰到好處,既不過於膩口,又能提升蠔的鮮味,好開胃。 😍油泡南澳鮮魷魷魚的鮮美在油泡後更為突顯,搭配特製的醬料,讓人回味無窮。調味剛剛好,讓我感受到海鮮的原汁原味。糯米雞翼 雞翼的肉質嫩滑,糯米的香氣與雞肉的味道完美融合。最重要的是這道菜一點也不會鹹。香煎玉米烙玉米量很豐富,每一口都能感受到玉米的甘甜,外皮煎得剛剛好。我覺得不配砂糖一起吃都很夠味。
