今晚去咗北角新開嘅川菜餐廳粵湘食食晚餐首先麻辣豬耳一上桌就讓人精神一振,爽脆的口感配上香麻帶勁的辣味,每一口都是絕妙的刺激。豬耳的膠質讓整體多了點嚼勁,越嚼越香,真的停不下來。接著是樟茶鴨,煙燻的香氣在鼻尖盤旋,皮脆肉嫩,每一口都透著獨特的茶香和樟木的淡淡甜味。鴨肉不乾柴,反而帶著恰到好處的油潤,讓人忍不住一口接一口。最後是螞蟻上樹,粉絲吸收了醬汁的精華,每根都入味得恰到好處,搭配細碎的肉末,鹹香四溢。粉絲滑溜順口,肉末帶來層次感,拌勻後吸上一筷子,滿嘴都是香氣。
