平時返工壓力大,最好就係平日去同朋友食串燒飲返兩杯。Moku moku沙律本來冇咩期望,純粹懶健康,估唔到份量足又新鮮,Parma ham同沙律菜好夾,拍得住西餐聽嘅水準。刺身4點盛有三文魚、油甘魚、赤蝦同帶子,樣樣都厚切,從未食過咁厚嘅油甘魚,帶子甜度好令人驚喜。嚟到豬串燒專門店,當然叫咗唔少款試吓。 厚切白金豚肉同豬肩肉都係新鮮豬味,媲美日本水平,簡單用鹽同黑椒調味已經好夠,鍾意肥美啲可以揀白金豚肉。豬喉軟骨串好特別,從未喺其他舖頭見過,軟骨爽脆得來好有咬口,如果鍾意牛柏葉、牛肚呢啲口感嘢嘅人一定要試,燒得啱啱好唔會乾。韓燒就食得燒豬皮多,日式燒豬皮原來都會送上黃豆粉,煙煙韌韌好香口,不過如果醬汁可以少啲食到原味就好喇。平時麻麻地青椒,但係呢個日本青椒芝士豬肉卷用咗BB青椒,完全唔同味,就係新鮮蔬菜配豬肉,好清爽完全接受到。白金豚肉流心蛋卷其實唔係好感覺到啲豬肉,淨係燒流心蛋已經好一流,醬汁同火候控制得啱啱好。

豬喉軟骨串好特別,從未喺其他舖頭見過,軟骨爽脆得來好有咬口,如果鍾意牛柏葉、牛肚呢啲口感嘢嘅人一定要試,燒得啱啱好唔會乾。
