台式火鍋一向都甚受歡迎,今次去到呢間餐廳第一件事就係要品嚐呢個尚膳養生鍋,加入唔同藥材食材的火鍋,包括參類、菇類、玉米等,湯底味道鮮甜帶微甘,水滾之後先飲一碗,可以品嚐到最原始精華的味道。食火鍋點可以唔食牛,呢碟手切牛肩肉,賣相已經非常吸引,係滾湯中放大約30秒,就可以食到嫩滑牛肉的口感,加上牛味香濃,絕對強烈推介。而丸類亦唔好錯過,呢兩款鵝肝墨魚丸同埋黑松露蝦丸,唔單止名稱矜貴,味道仲唔錯添。手打丸類粒粒彈牙,再加上分別加入的鵝肝同埋黑松露,突出鮮味,粒粒都夠滋味。而最後放入魚肚同埋寬條粉,可以吸收整個湯底的精華,加上寬條粉質地軟滑,入口時食多幾條而咸蛋炸魚皮夠晒邪惡,無講就咁空口食,定係放湯浸軟食,加上咸蛋的炸魚皮都係好吸引。最後再飲呢杯杭菊露,清涼消暑,兼且食材仲夠晒健康添。
