To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去超市掃貨,順便依埋肚仔。估唔到而家去唔到台灣,喺香港都食到台灣便當,仲好好味。我哋叫咗台灣鹽酥雞便當同埋滷肉飯便當,兩款質素都好高,食到台灣味道!鹽酥雞新鮮炸出,外脆內軟,係正宗台灣鹽酥雞嘅味道,而且份量又夠多,必食推介!至於滷肉飯,本身以為會好肥膩,點知完全唔油膩感,滷肉好入味,切到細細粒,容易入口,同埋配菜菜甫同飯一齊食,超滿足!最鍾意佢呢度嘅便當每一個都有好多配菜,有雞蛋、粟米、菜甫、粉絲同蔬菜,可以做到均衡飲食。另外我哋仲叫咗小食炸花枝丸,$15/5粒,炸到金黃色熱辣辣,好新鮮好彈牙,咬落去仲食到細細粒嘅花枝,好足料!飲品我哋今次就揀咗芝士奶蓋紅莓果茶同埋洋甘菊金萱烏龍,前者酸酸甜甜好開胃,後者帶有烏龍茶香氣,最啱食完炸物後清下味蕾。
