To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Indian cuisine吃得多,咖喱與naan都是我的最愛,近年香港掀起一陣素食風潮,港人開始主張健康飲食,那麼印度式素食又是如何?Sangeetha是一間正宗印度菜餐廳,如此肯定是因為由廚房、樓面員工至食客全是清一式的印度人,到訪當天只有我和朋友兩位香港人,顯得份外突出。由於太肚餓,我們一口氣點了好幾款食物,價錢相宜,可以多試不同食物。先來一碗 印度熱酸辣湯開一開胃口,看似平平無奇,有點像雜菜湯,味道酸香醒胃,辣味慢慢滲透出來,愈喝愈辣,十分刺激,是我的菜蒜香烤餅 烤得香脆,可惜蒜味不足,蘸些 印式芝士菠菜同吃也不錯,芝士粒也是素食,質感較結實,奶味及香味欠奉。煎餅拼盤有五塊不同口味的煎餅,就像平日吃的hot cake,只是在麵糊中加入不同的蔬菜粒如蔥粒、洋蔥粒、蕃茄粒和豌豆粒,可蘸些乳酪汁、薄荷汁等同吃增添風味,煎餅與醬汁的味道均偏清淡,不用怕油膩。炸芝士同樣用上純素芝士,雖然做不同拉絲效果 ,但香脆外皮味道有點像避風塘口味,鹹香有致,頗有趣。最後吃個印度軟糕當甜品,印度甜品一向偏甜,這個米糕應該稍微遷就了香港人的口味,沒有甜得膩人,不過這小碗的份量我們每人也只能完成三分一。想
