To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正所謂去得北京樓,就一定有好嘢食,今次叫了富貴餐,大家開心相聚,食好嘢。重點講我的至愛啦!片皮鴨:嘩嘩嘩,至愛……可以唔夾薄餅,就咁食,超好味,有鴨油香,肥瘦均勻,加蔥蒜芹相配,又可食多三四五六七件。香蔥麻香鷄:重點係多,蔥香肉滑,可以密密食唔停。小籠包:sorry一向愛北京樓的……皮薄料足,正。宮爆蝦球:炸得脆口,甜酸汁做到掛蝦球,一口一口,食唔停。椰汁糕:愛甜食的我,真心愛它,清甜而不膩,可惜一人得一塊。嚟呢度又增磅了。
