To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都鍾意食上海菜嘅,我今次繼續喺尖沙咀度食上海菜。首先,蝦籽鍋塔豆腐結合咗蝦籽同鍋塔豆腐,味道真係好鮮美。鍋塔豆腐嘅質感幼滑,加上蝦籽嘅鮮甜,帶來豐富嘅層次同口感。然後飄香鳳梨雞,呢道菜用上鳳梨同雞肉,口感酥脆嫩滑。鳳梨嘅配甜味同雞肉嘅鮮嫩完美結合,帶來一種獨特嘅風味。令人食完一啖又一啖。另外我叫左蜜汁火方(四片),佢俾人嘅感覺就好似刈包,都係會有中式嘅包,然後中間夾啲肉同埋蔬菜,但係佢嘅包薄薄一片令人食完之後唔會太飽,好適合當作小食。
