To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約咗好友睇演唱會,係耳朵享受前,當然要俾肚仔享受咗先啦~😚我哋來咗尖沙咀嘅上海婆婆336食上海菜~ 令我印象最深刻嘅上海菜一定係松子魚、上海粗炒、蜜汁火方、豆沙鍋餅……最鐘意松子魚酸酸甜甜嘅味道,加上炸到脆嘅魚肉,非常開胃😚上海粗炒嘅肉片鮮嫩多汁,夾埋高麗菜嘅爽甜,配埋啲麵一齊食得好開心😌😌蜜汁火方主要材料係金華火腿,用冰糖水、蜂蜜反覆數次浸蒸數小時,再配合糖桂花一齊食,有健脾開胃調理排毒嘅功效。豆沙鍋餅嘅外皮煎得金黃酥脆,內裡填滿了濃郁的豆沙餡,餡料甜而不膩。每一口都帶來滿滿的豆沙香氣和酥脆口感。食飽飽就慢慢行過去欣賞偶像嘅演唱會啦🥰 🥰
