
因為工作關係,今個星期第二次到訪Festiva, 拍檔提議試上海姥姥,咁就一於試吓啦。
呢度嘅蟹粉小籠包同埋蟹粉扒素鵝甚有名氣,點都要試吓。

一籠小籠包有四件,雖然塊皮好薄,但係唔易穿,同時亦透著淡淡嘅蟹粉黃色,一咬落去湯汁仲會湧出來,餡料同肉仲非常鮮甜添。

素鵝平時就食得多,但係蟹粉扒素鵝都係第一次試,呢個配搭相當有新意,香脆嘅素鵝裏面包住冬菇同木耳等等,配埋鮮香嘅蟹粉,真係無得頂呀。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
