To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好記得對上一次食《上海婆婆336》是任食放題的時候,自從這款推廣停左之後,也有一段時間冇過來。難得黎到isquare, 又想食上海嘢小籠包喔,就想起上海婆婆!坐低先叫定小籠包,再慢慢選小菜主食。 餐廳上菜也挺快,轉眼就上了小籠包,隻隻大粒飽滿,肉汁香濃,夾起小籠包時,可以看到湯汁在小籠包底部滾動~ 韭黃炒鳝糊好夠穫氣的菜式!鳝糊肉質新鲜爽脆,配以韭黄清香,濃濃醬汁好惹味,送飯一流~椒麻大千雞(麻辣)雖說麻辣,實質不是挺辣的~ 大概是調到適合香港人的辣度。雞肉是先炸後再炒,非常香口惹味,也大概這煮法正正鎖住肉汁,雞肉非常嫩滑!蘭州牛肉麵麵條爽滑又有韌勁,雖選了不用剪但還是有輕輕剪過的面條,配上鮮美的湯汁和紅油辣子,薄切的牛肉片、鮮甜的蘿蔔,再喝一口湯,不錯不錯相隔咁年多來食,水準維持一貫的發揮~
