To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上海婆婆的菜式,都是手工菜,拉麵是手拉麵,而不是機製;小籠包亦是傳統的上海小籠包,就連酸菜魚也是用上鮮魚湯製作;而裝修方面,都採用了工業風的裝修風格~叁叁陸酸菜魚~很大的一窩,魚肉又厚又多且嫩滑,內裡的配料很多,有芽菜,酸菜及芋絲,很豐富;而味道方面,我點的是小辣,吃起來剛剛好,不會要喝水那種,微辣的很開胃~松子魚~魚肉炸得很鬆脆,兩邊的魚肉完全沒骨,甜酸汁的酸度也剛好,魚也較大條,以午餐價來吃,超值~黑糖冰粉~很多果乾,有紅莓乾,提子乾,芒果乾及大量花生,而冰粉細看下,還有閃粉,感覺超靚~豆漿~很香濃的豆香味,不太甜~
